At halftime of Saturday's FC Dallas v Colorado Rapids broadcast, sideline reporter Kelly Webster interviewed FCD defender George John.

What followed was one of those classic strange local broadcast moments that typically find their way on to the internet for all of us to laugh about.

In this case, we get a strange comment and an even stranger question from Kelly Webster. To John's credit he just rolled through the interview with some generic athlete speak...

Apparently George John is supposed to use his height for something good on the planet?

It looks like you're spending much of the first half tangled up with Conor Casey, what's that been like, have you both showered recently?"

Well, it's halftime of a soccer match in which both players in question have played the full 45 minutes. Seems reasonable to ask if they showered recently...
