All FC Dallas season ticket holders will be thrilled to learn that "Bonus Game B" has been scheduled! This time, FCD fans can head out to Pizza Hut Park and enjoy a match played by a bunch of trialist and no-name players in FC Dallas shirts against a team no one has ever heard of.
While other MLS clubs get international friendlies against Barcelona or Real Madrid, FC Dallas fans get another Central American team that nobody gives a shit about! This time, it's CSD Comunicaciones from Guatemala on Wednesday, July 15th...Try to contain yourself.
Since FC Dallas won't be making the playoffs this season, the front office is desperate to force their few remaining season ticket holders to burn the bonus game tickets in their plans so they don't have to refund anyone come the end of the season. More lousy treatment of a dwindling fan base by the pack of poo-flinging baboons, aka. The Hunt Sports Group.
Not a season ticket holder? No problem! Tickets are full, normal price.
Well done HSG, John Wagner and Michael Hitchcock...your stupidity genuinely know no bounds. How dumb do you think soccer fans in Dallas/Fort Worth are? Clearly you view us as a zombie-like pack of lobotomized cretins. Maybe you'll get another 200 people to show up so you beat out the attendance figures from the last "international friendly" against CD Herediano.

They scheduled another USELESS GAME that NO season ticket holder is excited about. If this was not a Bonus game MAYBE 100 people would show up. Man I bet the sales team are thrilled to have this game on the schedule to try and get commissions from! FCD THE CLUB FOR ME!!!!

I'm an FC Dallas season ticket holder and I'm not exactly thrilled with this. I saw it on the Ticketmaster website and was hoping beyond all hope this was not going to be a game that I've already paid for.
If you attended the season ticket holder Town Hall meeting, you would know that the issue of bringing these supposedly HUGE clubs, that no one outside of their respective countries have heard of, was brought up. It was basically dismissed as they said they were "trying" to get clubs in Europe to visit Dallas for friendlies, and even brought up the Everton match that was 3 years ago, that FC Dallas didn't even play in.
They are hiding behind these teams that they have created "relationships" with when it's really these small clubs that really benefit from us more than we benefit from them.
Zach is completely justified in his column and I'm sure if you didn't blindly follow and actually asked other season ticket holders, you would see that this is just another ridiculous move from a floundering organization.
